Novels/mangas also carry some risks associated with transporting goods internationally, especially if sent via surface shipping services, which can damage items during transit. For this reason, we highly recommend using a faster and more secure shipping option like airmail or express mail to limit this risk.

You have two weeks from the date of our reply email to send back your product. Shipping and handling charges are always on your end. You're responsible for returning any product the seller shipped unless they were at fault for sending it incorrectly or an issue with quality control. We also require a certificate of authenticity/appraisal papers and whatever else might have been included when purchasing copyrighted goods from our store. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
