Vrácení neotevřených a nepoužitých položek

Pokud jste si produkt ještě nevyzkoušeli, vždy vám ho rádi vyměníme nebo vrátíme peníze! Vrácení zboží přijímáme do 30 dnů od obdržení zásilky, ale prosíme. get in touch with us first so we can give proper attention. A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty items and 50% off for faulty goods. The return postage is the buyer's charge.

Vrácení vadných výrobků

Chceme, abyste byli se svým nákupem spokojeni. Pokud se vyskytne vada výrobce, kontaktujte nás immediately, and we will send a replacement upon receiving the product back if available or process a full refund instead. The return shipping cost will be credited to your customer account in shopper points upon receiving the item.

Nevratné produkty

  • Knihy, časopisy a manga: We don't accept any returns for books, magazines, or other printed matter. We will ship your orders exactly how we received them from the publisher- rare occasions exist where an item may have minor imperfections, but this is extremely uncommon! Magazine issues might be a bit dirtier than a pristine condition due to natural wear and tear on these pieces over time; however, they're guaranteed against breakage, so that you won’t find one with cracks through staple marks, etcetera. Novels/mangas also carry some risks associated with transporting goods internationally, especially if sent via surface shipping services, which can damage items during transit. For this reason, we highly recommend using a faster and more secure shipping option like airmail or express mail to limit this risk.

Postupy vracení zboží

  1. If you don't want to keep the product, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a refund or replacement. Please remember to provide us with a photo of the products and the shipping box. You can kontaktujte nás zde so we can give you an RMA number.

  2. You have two weeks from the date of our reply email to send back your product. Shipping and handling charges are always on your end. You're responsible for returning any product the seller shipped unless they were at fault for sending it incorrectly or an issue with quality control. All items must be returned to us using a trackable service. We also require a certificate of authenticity/appraisal papers and whatever else might have been included when purchasing copyrighted goods from our store. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

  4. Pokud jsou dodrženy všechny podmínky uvedené v prvních dvou krocích tohoto postupu, provedeme vrácení peněz na platební metodu, kterou jste použili při nákupu.
